UPrint really have made my life much easier. In the past a hotel would have an issue with a printer and one of our IT team would need to drive in some cases hundreds of miles to attempt to repair it. We have worked with U-Print since 2017, we initially used U-Print for purchasing our ink cartridges but as the needs of our business grew, we began to lease our printers also. The service has always been exemplary, whenever I need to restock ink, I know it will always arrive quickly and any assistance we have needed, we have had an engineer on site soon after making the request.
